This is a new segment I thought I would document, I have been keeping the sales of properties for years tucked away in my computer. It dawned on me that this info would probably be of interest to you as well so I’ll post the results of sales (not listings) as i get them. The list is not exhaustive, it’s just from the area where I think the most potential is at the moment which is the Auckland apartment market and as such will change as market conditions change.
Keeping an eye on what sells rather than just what is listed is a great way of making sure you keep your finger on the pulse with regards to what is happening in the area that you might want to buy property in.
