I’ve always liked the Auckland apartment market, it was very good to me and it still is.
At the moment though my opinion is that it’s time to look a little wider, look to where the longer term growth is going to happen in this type of segment. I think that anyone who can get into an apartment early enough will see some excellent gains over the upcoming years.
