Good News Thursday

011307pic2We expect to keep the OCR at or below the current level through until the latter part of 2010. The OCR could still move modestly lower over the coming quarters.” – Alan Bollard
“Dwelling consent numbers fell in seasonally adjusted terms in March, with the number issued last month 30.4 percent lower than a year earlier. Statistics New Zealand (SNZ) today said 1091 new dwellings were authorised in March, of which 104 were for apartments.” – NZPA

So what doe’s that mean for us property investors?

Lower Interest rates and declining dwelling consents….hmmmm good times if you ask me.
