Ok so it’s time for something a bit different.
I need your help.
In return for your help I am going to give you some freebies.
So the help I need is in developing what clients would like for 2 knew businesses I have started.
Firstly I own www.hotproperties.co.nz which is a site that will be developed to help list and sell properties.
I am looking for ideas for this site. So for those of you who log in and leave an idea that I use on the site will have the option to sell their property at anytime in the future.
Secondly I also own Go Realty. This is the trading name for my real estate license and on this one I would like ideas as to what you would like to see from a Real Estate website.
I will probably focus on the top end properties in the Auckland CBD as I have noticed that the service provided to owners of these properties is pretty poor.
So back to what I am giving away.
If you provide ideas for either business I will allow you to become a client on one of my joint ventures, each one of these joint ventures will pay you up to $20,000 and is restricted to existing clients.
