Well it nearly is.
What are you getting for christmas? I find it quite difficult to let people know what I want for Christmas due to the fact that I pretty much get whatever I want when I want it (well things anyway) and this comes from the fact that you can buy what ever you want when you want if you have sufficient cashflow.
This year I find myself in the strange position of being asset rich and cashflow poor. Not something that I am used to at all. This is particularly annoying right now when fantastic property deals are springing up all over the place. I would love to be snapping up everything that is coming across my desk now but I can’t do it on my own at the moment.
