Post on Property Talk in response to wbuffet questioning the validity of Financial Planners in NZ.
I don’t blame you for that opinion in NZ wbuffet.
The industry sucks and is a joke due to a lack of any real training or education required before you can call yourself a financial advisor.
As with all industries though once you understand the difference between say an investment advisor and a Financial Planner or an architect and draftsmen or an Accountant and a Book Keeper your perspective might change.
